On Original Energy stoves, to allow more pellets into the firepot on each feed, increase the feed rate by loosening the thumb screw on the feed rate adjustment rod inside the hopper. Raise the rod only about ¼” with each adjustment, and retighten the thumbscrew each time.

Troubleshooting a Pellet Stove That's Not Igniting

Inspect the Airflow: Check the air inlet pipe, the outside air kit, and any areas inside the stove downwind from the burn pot for blockages. This includes behind the baffles, inside the air chambers leading to the exhaust blower, and the exhaust venting.

Most of the time, this has to do with a clogged hose, blocked vent, or dirty stove. Most stoves that are suffering from this error and have error reporting will display this as a #2 error. If the exhaust blower fails (stops spinning), the stove will display a vacuum switch error.
